Blue Wolf has long held to the policy of standing by our products 100%. The normal operating policy of Blue Wolf has been to replace or refund any order that he customer has been dissatisfied with as long as the assigned sales representative ensured proper service to the customer and troubleshooting. We would like to continue this policy. However, some considerations must be given for eligibility since online sales require different procedures.
Changes cannot be made in the system once an order has been placed. Therefore we/you cannot add, change, alter, or cancel orders once they have been processed. Again, please ensure all products added and information requested are accurate prior to placing an order.
Online Return Policy
In order to be eligible for returns, the product/item must be new and the packaging unopened. Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery in order to be considered for eligibility. All returns are automatically subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special circumstances may be considered for this policy based on qualifications set by Blue Wolf. Return labels are the responsibility of the customer, and only the price of the products will be considered for refund.
Satisfaction of Products
Blue Wolf desires that all customers be satisfied with the performance and quality of our products. For this reason, if there is an issue with the product, its uses, safety information, dilution, quality, or proper methods of use, please contact us to discuss procedure. We will do what we can to maintain a good relationship with our customers moving forward.
All products that are considered to be damaged upon arrival require photo documentation sent to our email address UPON DELIVERY for review. If a product that contains an induction sealed lid arrives broken please contact us immediately.
